1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, subscribing, or using any product or service provided by Nexora Desk (Excellent Enterprises LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices published on our website.

2. Services Offered

Nexora Desk provides Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) access and related hosting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at any time with or without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. You must also comply with local laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your RDP credentials and account information. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or activity.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Nexora Desk for:

• Spamming or mass emailing
• Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or phishing tools
• Illegal activities (e.g., hacking, carding, fraud, child exploitation)
• Cryptocurrency mining (unless permitted under your plan)
• Any action that violates local, state, or international laws

6. Service Delivery

Most RDP services are delivered within 1–12 hours after payment is confirmed. Delays may occur due to system maintenance, verification checks, or external factors.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are not guaranteed once service has been delivered. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis for issues such as:

• Undelivered or non-working service
• Inability to provide a replacement within a reasonable time

8. Affiliate Program Terms

Affiliates may promote Nexora Desk using approved methods. Fraudulent traffic, spam, or fake conversions will result in termination and forfeiture of earnings. Payouts are made monthly via agreed methods.

9. Data & Privacy

Your data is protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse your personal information. However, we may retain logs to ensure compliance and prevent abuse.

10. Service Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these terms, misuse of services, or non-payment. Suspended accounts may not be reinstated without review.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nexora Desk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nexora Desk and its partners harmless from any claim, demand, or damage resulting from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

13. Modification of Terms

We may update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.

15. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

We maintain a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy to prevent abuse of our services for illicit financial activity. This includes customer identity verification (KYC), transaction monitoring, and reporting of suspicious activities.

• KYC checks when necessary, including ID and contact verification
• Monitoring of transactions for irregularities
• Immediate suspension or termination of accounts involved in suspicious activities
• Data retention for up to 5 years for compliance purposes
