  • For iPhone or iPad: Go to the App Store and search for Microsoft Remote Desktop by Microsoft Corporation.
  • For Android: Go to the Google Play Store and search for Microsoft Remote Desktop.
  • Download and install the app.

Step 2: Open the App and Add a New Connection

  • Open the Remote Desktop app.
