Step 1: Download Microsoft Remote Desktop
- For iPhone or iPad: Go to the App Store and search for Microsoft Remote Desktop by Microsoft Corporation.
- For Android: Go to the Google Play Store and search for Microsoft Remote Desktop.
- Download and install the app.
Step 2: Open the App and Add a New Connection
- Open the Remote Desktop app.
- Tap the “+” (Add) icon or “Add PC”.
- Enter the following details:
- PC Name: Your RDP IP address (provided by Nexora Desk).
- User Account: Tap “Add User Account” and enter your username and password from your RDP email.
