6. Record-Keeping & Data Retention
We maintain all customer and transaction records in a secure environment for a minimum of five (5) years, in compliance with applicable financial regulations.

All relevant employees and contractors are trained to detect and report suspicious activity and understand the importance of compliance with AML laws.
